It is a compressor overload...
(look outside... Is a dump truck parked on it...??
(perhaps the winter cover is still on top??)).
Over-charge of refrigerant, crushed plumbing,
clogged DRYER, defective expansion valve..
condenser cooling fan is slow (or no go).
If you were to disclose the recent history... A blind,
remote, poorly informed FIXER might be able to point
you in the right direction. ... or you could just continue
throwing "is it?" games... and get answers that are just
as valuable... (not much).
One possibility is the compressor... Many opportunities..!
An experienced refrigeration person could look directly at the system...
The only thing you keep repeating is
H3, Bluestar & compressor...
You could try helping... Pretty please?
