Where is the horn fuse for a Kia 1999 Sportage?

My horn will not stop going off no matter what I do. I had to disconnect the car battery to turn if off. Where is the horn fuse located so I can turn if off for good? Is it in the internal fuse box, because none of the labels say "horn"? The car is basically undrivable until I can turn off the horn, so any help is appreciated.

The Horn relay is in the relay block behind the driver's knee airbag. You have to unscrew / move the driver's knee airbag to expose the relay block.

Thank you for your help. If I may ask, how exactly do I move the driver's knee airbag? Not very knowledgable when it comes to cars I'm afraid.

Disarm the airbag system and it just unbolts.

What does the blinking "hold" light mean on a 1999 kia sportage?

this indicates that the gearbox is set/stuck in one gear .I presume this is an automatic ? try disconnecting the battery, leave for 5-10 minutes to allow the power to drain down from the electrical components , before you disconnect battery make sure you have the radio code if one is needed,re-attach the battery (only need to detach the earth lead from battery) try the vehicle, if this doesnt work get the OBD codes read and have them cleared ,this should fix it otherwise further diagnostic investigation will be required at a repair shop

1999 kia sportage engine stopped while driving. now turns over but won't start

check the alternator, have a service shop like an auto parts store run a check, they can do it for free in some places. may also be your battery, can get cleaner and metal wire battery contact cleaner and you can also try putting some water into the battery in the area indicating where to put some water.

1999 kia sportage turns over but wont start.chek engine light not coming on when ignition is switched on

This sounds like the ignition fuse, but you may have a dead battery too. check connections on the cables and see if it will start with a jump. You may have left the lights on or some other device and drained the battery. If it won't start with a jump then check all your fuses one at a time including the ones under the hood. The diagram on the covers should have one saying ignition but check ALL the fuses any how, A domino effect can sometimes happen taking more then one fuse out. Let me know how it turns out so far. My kia sportage v reg i have wiper problems

start by replacing the fuse, then dissconect the wipermotor, turn switch on all speeds, then check fuse, if fuse is good then switch is not the short, next try the washers, same concept, if fuse is okay then not the washer pump, next plug in wipers and turn on if fuse pops, then wipermotor is no good,

i took down the wires from the engine to the computer at the base of the passenger side under the floor mat where i found a bundle of wire tied together i opened the harness and found some of the wires were not connected properly and only tightened them and taped them up and it solved the problem.

Electrical--windows, ac, radio and fan stoppped after battery replacement

Check the fuses. There is a good chance you might have blown one or a few if you some how didnt connect the jumper correctly which would explain some of the accessories not working.
