Have to rev up in gear to get my plymoth voyager to go at all reverse works half the time . When in gear occasionally it will slam like the tranny is going to fall out is there a do it yourself fix

Check your fluid level, you could just be low on fluid and doing irreparable damage to the trans trying to keep driving it. If your fluid lvl is within speck...then it is too late. Your pump is weak and not making enough fluid pressure for the trans to operate properly. you will either need to have it rebuilt or replace it.

WATERPUMP IS LEAKING AND MAKING NOISE. CAN I REPLACE MYSELF.

Hello: If you have a 4 cylinder engine you will need the special tool to hold the drive gear for the water pump. If you don't you the tool you will have a major job. (without using the tool the gear will fall down and the balance shafts will be out of time.)

Water pump replacement

Hello: If you have a 4 cylinder engine you will need a GM special tool to hold the water pump gear and chain in place. If you dont use the tool the chain and gear will fall down in the oil pan. You will then have a major task in front of you.

Location of water pump on2001 saturn

Hello: The water pump is located on the back of the engine on the passenger side of the car. You will need a special tool to hold the drive gear for the water pump. Without it the gear and chain that drives the balance shafts will fall out of place. If the balance shafts are out of time the engine will run very rough. You might review a Haynes manual, it may be available at your local library.

1992 Plymouth Colt Vista AWD Automatic Transmission has only 2nd gear no mater which forward gear selection you make. Reverse is fine. New fluid and filter, no change. The old fluid was not burned or...

make sure all the electrical connectors to the trans are properly connected. One of these plugs is for the shift control solenoids- not properly connected = no shifting. This happened during the repair operation which is why the car worked fine before the water pump was replaced.

When running ac condensation builds & leaks on passenger side under dash.

at the bottom of the evap. the water does fall in a tray like and then into a hose that drain the water out side of the car compartment, the hose is mostly under the hood on the fire wall at the bottom . the hose might be blocked , push a soft wire in and see if it can be clear, or the hose fall in side the car cpompratment, or the casing is leaking
check it properly

Need to replace rear end in 1994 jeep grand cherokee v8 5.2

Pretty much a bolt out-bolt in deal...Most critical part is actually making sure that you obtain a diff with the exact gear ratio as the one you are replacing. Count teeth on ring gear and pinion gear, divide ring gear # by pinion gear # and you will get a number (like 3.23, expressed as three twenty three to one) Diffs come with a tag on diff cover but many times tag gets lost if unit is serviced.
Use flair nut wrenches on all hydraulic fittings, Plenty of wd40 on all hardware and support the body and diff while working so it does not fall on you while doing the job. Regardless t if it came with lube in it, change lube and make sure it's properly filled.
Sometimes you will need to push and pull a bit to get bolt holes to align when installing. It's easier to do if you do not tighten anything fully till every bolt has been installed.
good luck, any specific questions? just ask...

Linkage for transmission

Why don't you start by getting the correct linkage. Maybe the tranny you replace is not exactly the same one. No difficult to replace, some of them have adjustments so maybe you might be able to get away with it, by adjusting it properly. Ensure the tranny is in the park position when adjusting, if properly adjusted, all the other gear shift should fall in place.
