I replaced stater alt and battery now brake lights don't work or radio and interior lights don't work how do I fix

Well the first question is did the alternator have a runaway voltage causing the voltage regulator to run higher than 14.4 volts? The first thing is break out the owners manual and locate all the fuse boxes, and check for your items that are not working, then check all of them one by one, replacing them back in there correct location. Hope this helps.

Starter motor , is there a fuse for this

There is a starter relay inside the cabin. Fuse box is located on left panel down in driver's footwell . If it is still the original one it will be a light blue square fuse located at the very top of the panel and it will say starter relay.

make sure that your battery is in good condition, and the battery cables are clean and tight, , if these are ok, then , check the no start relay, and relays and fuses, under the hood , located on the drivers side of your vehicle, these should be in a black box.

Jeep wrangler Fuse box

You have two locations for the fuse box. One is either under the hood or behind the glove box. I would pull apart the glove box and take a look.
