ML 320 CDI 2008 Model. Car cuts out while driving, fault code: fuel rail pressure low.

it needs a cat converter to enable the ECM to function properly next low fuel pressure can be from EVAP system not venting the tank properly, failing fuel pump or faulty pressure regulator unloading too much fuel and dropping the pressure
at this point I would be looking at the EVAP system , then the pressure regulator

Where does the wire that comes from the negative side of the coil go too?

There is usually a wire from the coil that goes to the negative side of the coil while the positive side goes to the ignition switch. Without knowing more about your car and engine, that is the best info I can provide.

I have a Frankenstein 350cc engine that has been placed on my go cart. Cdi box wiring is all crazy wires cut, open ends, etc... I do not need any of the lights, horn, or anything else that this motor is...

Hello Rob,
CDIs use high voltage to fire the coil. Something in the neighborhood of 100 to 200 volts. Inside the CID is a DC to DC converter that steps up battery voltage to the needed amount.

With that said the CDI (Capacitor discharge ignition) box is a critical part of your ignition system and you need to sort out the wiring connections for the engine using the manufactures schematics.

Suzuki F6a engine backfiring and wont start

Most of the time an engine that backfires is out of time. I would
check this first, as this is the problem 95% of the time. It could
also be bad fuel, a bad catalytic converter (rare) A bad coil or igniton module will definatly cause it. A fuel injector that is spraying excessive
fuel out will cause an engine to backfire. Burned or leaking
valves will cause it (rare).

Chassis number location multicab

hi vincent
The easiest place to find the VIN on your vehicle is right on the lower left corner of your dashboard. You should be able to read the number by looking through your windshield on the driver's side of your car. Check the driver's side door. The VIN might also belocated in the driver's side doorjamb or on the doorpost.

My suzuki F6 multicab emits black smoke what is the possible problems? It consumes more fuel than before.

If not fix after tune up... ask the mechanics for the condition of the piston rings? the smoke might be an oil mix up on the fuel due to piston rings problems...

This what had happened to my multicab recenlty...
