Loud buzzing noise seemingly coming from gauge cluster area. Only happens when car is moving under load, or not under load. Does not happen when vehicle is idling.

Could be seat belt Buzzer / Door / Tailgate not closed securely warning Buzzer Stuck ON since car in park these buzzers do not activate but you said under movement sound occurs .. Mechanically I would Check Altenator for Proper Charge output - Then Ground wires for Battery / Corrosion needs cleaning ?? - Plus Dash Cluster must be Grounded Tightly .

Replaced battery clamps, got in to start it up to find the car totally dead. the battery seems fully charged when I put it on the slow charger. Does this car require a special clamp, and or cable set up?

First Make sure the batter was charged with possitive on the plus and negative on the minus sign. For some crazy reason my battery drained and I charged it by just looking at the colored pads and the previous owner had them on backwards so I basically reversed the poles on my battery. (The car wouldn't start either). Use a volt meter to be sure it will show - minus sign if backwards

Make sure all your cables were reinstalled, (red wire to alternator and starter) Black wires to grounds.

If all that checks and your battery show good voltage try your (Large fuses) mains that are 20,30,40,50,and 60 amps.

I have put in three different battries and it keeps kill the batter it will not stay charged I have pulled the Alternater and it is ok

I had same problem with 4runner one time, it ended up being a fuse inside the drivers door, there is also probably a alt. relay or fuse in the engine compartment, i would check each one of them. If you hook up battery cables backwards it will do this also.
