I got bite by a spider for last two days and is very itchy and pain ful and also have a bad mark but i dont have money to see a doctor what must i do?

I was bit a month ago by a small brown spider.
it left a very swollen lump on my arm that was painful and itchy for 2 weeks.
now its healing up.
If you do not feel sick, you should be ok.
The swelling and sore that develops should hit its peak after 3-5 days, but if it worsens after 5 days, you should surely get it checked out.
There really isn't anything you can do besides take something for the pain and use an antihistamine. Wash it with soap and warm water, then put ice on the wound to reduce swelling.
Hope you feel better soon.

Might be from a false black widow, clean it with soap and water really good, helps to suck out poison and pus with a vaccum for 2 seconds, antibiotic cream after cleaning, Vaseline will help keep crud out if you don't have antibiotic cream. keep elevated if it swells up, see a doctor if it gets infected or if it grows. Look at Google images results to compare her reaction to other spider bite wounds.
Check Mayo Clinic web advisor for confirmation of this.

Cut off while running 50-60mph and wouldn't start again.

Hi Carolyn:
Sounds like quite the adventure.
If I understand correctly, the car ran fine when you took it home, and you haven't used it since.
When you tried to start it, did it spin over and not fire, or did it not spin over at all?
I'd be suspicious that you may have had some contamination in the fuel tank and the rough bumps may have gotten some of it into the fuel system.
I'd check the fuel filter and consider putting an additive into the gas tank to make sure there's no moisture problem.
Time to go back to the lake!

Where is the hydrulic reservoir on a 2005 Alfa romeo Spider

Hi Robert,
I have a 2003 2L JTS Spider which has a brake fluid reservoir in the engine compartment against the bulkhead and the other is for the hood mechanism and is at the back of the car. Access to it is from the luggage compartment behind the seats, after removing the moulded carpet inside it. This also gives access to all the hood mechanism.
It also helps if the carpet lining the the hood stowage area is lifted up. THere are also 2 switches covered by a black plastic moulding about 40cms square which operate the hood fibreglass cover and the locking pins for the rear of the hood. THe one nearest the door is for the cover. The hydraulic oil to use is Tutela GI/R and is different to normal hydraulic oils. I have a leak on one of the hood struts so I open and close the hood mechanically using the 2 swiitches and a bit of muscle. I got the Tutela GI/R from Mille Miglia Motor. It was quite expensive at $55 a litre. There is quite a bit of info on the Alfa Romeo forums about hoods. Hope this helps. Brian.

I have 2000 ford expedition and last few weeks its been making a whistling noise when accelerate, then past few days it's been running rough, idel low and shakes a bit then today check engine ligh

You might check the pulleys that the serpentine belt runs on. Make sure all are free wheeling and not loose or rough or make noise. You would need to remove the belt to check them.

The service engine light came on (2000 corolla) and scanner tool says it is a fuel vapour purge valve problem where do i locate this valave on a 2000 corolla automatic trans

the common valve for failing on these vehicles is located under the car in the back, directly behind the rear axle. it comes as one unit with the charcoal canister and all the connectors, i believe runs in around the $300 range, and is available only at Toyota dealers. it is held on by 3 bolts that go straight up into the floor, and is fairly simple to change with a few basic tools. please take care when disconnecting the tube and electrical connectors, damaging these will make this job quite a bit more complex.

FYI i had to order one of these parts a few weeks back, in my area the part was actually back ordered about 4 weeks, so make sure you get your hands on one before taking it apart! good luck!

Cruise control installation

Probably depends on where you are based as to where you can get it from, but I just googled "Cruise control kit" and it came up with quite a few companies in different countries. Looks like some of the brands are a bit easier to accomplish a self-install, but if you have a look at the instructions for installation and it all looks a bit too complicated, it's probably best to choose one of the companies with an approved installer in your area. And before you buy the kit, get the installer to give you a quote so you know what you're up for. The only other option is to buy second hand original equipment from a wrecked car the same as yours, but there may be differences between the models and yours may not have the neccessary connections for the factory components.

Hope this helps,

Bought a use 03 last week for very cheep because it was idling rough, read in a forum about focus vacuum leaks and to use small burst of starting fluid to find the leak, spray around engine, if you hear the engine level off and run smooth in a particular spot for a few seconds the leak is in that general area, check the hose in that area, i found a large elbow on my pvc valve line was cracked in half, repaired with copper plumbing elbow fitting and silicone. now runs perfect. be very careful with the starting fluid short burst in well ventilated are.
