The heater fan in my 2001 cavalier is blowingat really low speeds. Still different ans speeds at each setting but maybe onl at 10% of what they should be. Any ideaof the cause?

Even in high speed it's not what it should be? I would measure the voltage at the motor wire itself while going through all the settings. I would also check the voltage coming into the resistor block.

My 2004 Mercedes Benz C-204 is showing a red light "reduce the level of oil" ans it says " your car can be damaged" Suggestions and your expereiences.

Check why there is excess oil in the sump. If it is white then you have water in the oil. If it is oil but very thin then there is fuel getting into the sump. The piston hit the oil at a high level and hammer the sump. oil at a high level can by pass the rings and cause a hydraulic lock in the combustion chambers. I suspect that you will find water in the oil from a head gasket or cracked head problem.

What would cause high voltage for the tps?

There are three wires to the TPS. One is ground, one is 5 volts, and the middle one is variable between 5 and 0 volts, depending on throttle position. If you lose the ground somewhere, the 5 volts will go straight to the middle one, no matter where the throttle is. Check these with a good volt meter. If the ground is good and the 5 volts is good ans the middle one is still always high, it's a bad sensor.
