Parking lamps and tail lamps blows fuse, dash lights don't work

First thing I would check is all frame grounds... like the negative battery cable and the grounding strap on the passenger side motor Mount to the wheel hub. In any electrical system, lights draw more current than anything (except the battery) when you turn them on... Check the grounds!

Ac/heater fan doesn't work

According to my wiring diagram, the blue and white wire from the blower motor gets power from the key switch. The fan switch and resistor grounds the motor.
No blower fuse is listed.

Front window defrost and heater is not working on 2005 honda element could this be a simple fuse issue

are you talking fan or no heat!! if fan check the blower motor fuse, in fuse box. if not that check to see if you have power to blower motor. if power is there and motor will not work. then it may be a bad motor. but if it is, you can test it before you buy a new one. if need be. just hook from positive on fan motor to positive on battery. run a ground wire on the other connection to negative on battery. or just ground out fan case to a good metel source. have a good day!!

1990 honda accord ac blower motor will not work

Check 7.5 fuse (#8) inside the car by your left foot and check the 30 amp fuse in the engine compartment (according to your diagram on the inside of your fuse box lid).

You can replace the fan motor pretty easy but you'll want to unplug it and test it first by running an automotive battery to the plugs of the fan with 2 jumper wires. The fan is above the right foot of the passenger area. There are three 8mm screws to remove then it drops out. Careful with the wiring.
If your fan is still good, you'll have to consider removing your knob and switch assembly to see if something is unplugged in there. Good luck.

89 Honda Accord Heater doesn't blow air at all

sounds like the blower motor, Get a test light and hook it up to the wires going to the motor this will tell you if power is getting to the motor . Hopfully it is , Just pull the panel off on the pasangers side under the dash and you can see the motor . It's easy to change and should fix the problem. If you get no power it check for power at the switch on the dash . It could have gone bad !!

Ac out

Yes, it will. If it's a ground wire, it mus be connected to complete the circuit. I'd start with that.
