To clarify, the seat is stuck all the way back. I cannot hear the motor attempting to operate and a voltage check shows power at the switch and at the plug near the motor. I think it's the motor but I...

It definitely sounds like the motor. You need to disasemble the seat to get to the mounting bolts to remove the seat and get to the motor. Might be easier to just fix the handle and move the seat manually.

Manually move power seats

Not really a cheap way to fix it. You have a motor and cables that turn to move the seat. The motor and cables would need to be removed to allow the seat to move, then there would be nothing to keep the seat in place unless you put the motor back.
A manual seat uses a latch and slotted track to move the seat and lock in place.

There is no power to porsche cayanne saet

check the fuse then try to find any wires or connections that might be damaged or disconected under the seat. otherwise take it to a mechanic and a good one because porsche isnt easy to work on.

My drivers seat moves full forward when i open the door

their is a fault with the memory and its a dealer only job because of the encrypted software used which is only readable by the factory via the internet so be prepaired for a bill and half or set the seat then unplug the wires

1984 Porsche 928S The electric seats don't seem to be moving, there is no relay on the chart for the seats. Do the seats only move when the car is running?

The seats should be on fuse 14 fuses numbered from left to right I think the relays are actually under the seats
