Difficult but remove the clutch cylinder ( if neither end has a banjo fitting) , undo the hose from the slave cylinder then the master cylinder or at any pint along a steel pipe that can be undone

you bleed like you would the brake system. there is a bleeder screw on the slave cylinder that you bleed the system.

Clutch pedal is to high

There may be an adjustment bolt, called a stopper bolt, at top of pedal. Screw it out and pedal height will change.
