No make , model, year, type etc so no idea
guess it is a windscreen washer tube if it came from under the bonnet
run the fault codes to find the faulty sensor

My 2000 buick regal spits and sputters and eventually stops doing it at about 55 mph whats wrong

Sound like a vacuum leak. Under the plastic cover marked 3800 series 2 there are a few thin plastic tubes going into rubber boots that have been known to slit or crack allowing too much air into the system.
Start with the ones in front of the fuel intake manifold. Loks like a valve cover on the top of the engine. . Notice on the right. Two plastic tubes going into on rubber boot. Carefully pull it off and check the rubber for splits. Dead center on the back of the fuel l manifold are two more small tubes (2 into 1)
same as in the front. Check this also. This Y shaped tube split on mine. When I tried to remove it. It fell apart. So I walked into pepboys auto center and purchased a box of vacuum T's. Assorted and a assorted package of 4 2 inch vacuum tube and made my own.

Hope this helps
God blessss

Defrost does not work but the heat goes to the floor only

check the plastic vacuum lines that control it.... many find the problem is the soft dry rubber that connects the plastic tubes has rotted and leaked.
colors for the tubes are yellow, red, white, and green, but vary from car to car.
They connect behind the control and go under hood/pass side near the firewall.

simple way to tell is to buy a small tube and attach it to the motor of the washer which is on the water tank and push it. If it comes out then you will have no problem knowing.

Unfortunately, the tubes may be fine but the connectors that split the tubes are plastic that wears over time and if they loose enough pressure, the wipers will not work.

Happy Motoring.

Heater air will only come out at windshield

your a/c controls in this vehicle are vacuum operated. you more than likely have a vacuum leak that can be under the hood or under the dash. take a look under the hood and inspect all of the vacuum hoses, mainly the small colored hard plastic hoses. if your car also runs poorly that means you may have a leak in your engine vacuum, check larger black vacuum hoses and rubber seal on brake booster that manifold vacuum hose goes to. if no leak found under hood check those colored hard plastic hoses. with any luck you'll have heat blowing throuh your vents in no time.

The purge solenoid should be in the hard plastic vent lines that run under the tube between the intake and the air filter, ablove the transmission, it is common for vibration holes to be worn in the hard plastic tubes causing a vacuum leak. The purge solenoid is small and it has an electric wire coming from it. I 'think' your canister is in the front lower left corner under the hood, you may have to remove splash shields to see it. The problem is most likely in the hard plastic lines at the solenoid. Let me know if this helps.

Fuse pannle is inside under drivers side dash on my 95 vw golf

Could be the problem. That piece is a relay, although I dont know which one. At one time it had a plastic cover on it. If you unplug it, it probably has 4 or 5 terminals labeled 84, 85, 86, 86a, 87.

I have a 1992 Dodge Dakota. When the A/C is

V6 engine? If so, there is a small plastic vacuum tube that runs from the blend door actuator under the dash to a connector in the engine compartment. The tube goes thru the fire wall about 5 inches above the throttle cable (right under the heater core tubes). The tube runs about 10 inches (behind the intake manifold) to a vacuum tube that tee's off the right side of the intake.

My tube was and NAPA did not have a tube that small but had one that fit over it for a quick splice.
