92 volvo 960 no injector pulse how to fix and no power to the fuse block for 30 & 31 fuses for fuel system

check your PGMFI (Fuel Injection Main Relay) if it's good then check the Fuel Pump for power with a probe tester. what do fuses 30 & 31 operate? maybe there is a short and maybe it has to do with those 2 fuse lines working against each other or maybe they are bumping heads with the injectors electrical wiring. my first advice is to check the fuel injection main relay and the fuel pump first.

I accidently stuck a screw driver in the back of the alternator by the plug I hit a white ceramic piece in there and the truck started running rough I shut it off and it has never started 99 f250 7.3

That was probably the brush holder or the voltage regulator. You probably fried some of the fuseable links that power the fuse box.
Have you had the alternator bench tested ? And do you know if all of the fuses still have power ?

Put a new fuel panda starter in 97 chevy silverado 5.7 engine but still doesn't crankup.checked fuses under the hood and the only ones that didn't light up was the ign, eng, and ecm fuses.i could sum...

I am a little confused by your light test of the fuses. If you put a test light across a fuse while in the fuse box it will light if the fuse is bad. A good fuse should let the power go through the fuse first instead of the light so a good fuse should not light a test light. That fact you jumped the fuse with wire also suggests the fuse is bad but you grounded it directly to the body instead of letting the power run its proper course through the wiring harness. That's probably why you can't get it to shut off unless you disconnect the wire.

2004 jeep cherokee overland when shifting from park to drive loud noise and idle is running rough

find noise location first. never ignore noise on machines. and 10x that on man movers. 100x that in the air.

then scan it. using any obd2 scan tool,
a tool that does Jeep factory codes. 10x that.

2001 ford f-150 no power to fuel pump or safety shut off relays good

You say the fuses and relays are good.
I'm showing three wires for the relay.
One lite blue and orange is battery voltage from the fuse.
The other lite blue and orange is ground from the computer. When the computer grounds the relay voltage should be sent to the inertia switch on the dark green yellow wire.
You should be able to jumper the power and dark green yellow to make the pump run.

2004 volvo s60 wont stay started

this may have a starter relay that would power the fuel pump after started also this will be a fused system check your fuses are their any codes sometimes cars are equipped with a fail safe system that will disrupt the running if their is a fluid issue like low oil or coolant or even bad oil pressure

I just installed a new ignition module started it up and it ran really well....then shut it off and now I have power to everything but it won't hit a lick, what do I do???

When you say power to everything, do you have spark to the plugs ?
Did you check the fuses ?
Was the check engine light on while it was running ?

Will not start battery and alternator is good will only start if jumped and shuts off while running after car is jumped started.

Make SURE battery and alternator are good because battery starts the car but car runs on alternator power once its started. If alternator is not putting out the power needed, car will die once the battery power is dead or removed.

check the gauges fuse, had a similar problem with a 96 yukon, never thought to check the gauges fuse, replaced the fuse for gauges since it was blown and the truck started right up and ran fine
