Check voltage and ground for which-ever system is giving you problems. Checking fuses is good, but, check voltage at applicable fuse circuits, use a test light to check for voltage. Some fuses hot all the time, some go hot with the key.
Before I can post a wiring diagram, I need year--make--model?

My radiator cooling fans on my 1999 Buick Century will not come on. I have checked the fans and they are good, just getting no power. I have replaced the coolant temp sensor to no avail.

Have you checked to see if a fuse has been blown that operate the fan? Check your fuse box and book for the info concerning your radiator fan or any fan operation. That's a good start.

2006 Headlights won't turn on

Stratus, sebring, and pt cruiser use the same switches and they commonly fail. check your fuses, if they are all good then your switch is probably bad. this problem is most easily diagnosed with a DRB diagnostic tool. have you checked that you don't need to replace your bulbs?

Some cars have a thermostat that tells the fans when the water temp reaches a certain temp then the fans start. Or the relay that starts them could be bad. You may find the relay and switch it with another like it and see if that works.

My electric radiator fan won't turn on

If even after the engine heats up the fan does not work then you must check the following.
1. the thermostat to the fan must be checked.
2. the fuse to the fan motor must be checked, check fan seperately, check the relay unit.
3. Check the wiring to the fan circuit.

Make sure all your ground connections are good and clean. That includes the main one from the battery to the block, fender and block to firewall and several other smaller ones on the block. Make sure the connectors are clean and have power where it should be. You have a fan relay behind and below the rt headlamp. that is the primary one for the fan. Don't forget that there are connectors under the power distribution center. A good fuse connected to a bad connector won't work.

The cooling fan on the radiator stoped working

If hot wiring the fan to the battery makes it come on, I can't tell you what has failed, but will tell you what makes it work.
Your coolant sensor sends a signal to the computer which in turn sends a ground signal to the fan relay that closes the circuit to the fan. Therefore any fuses need to be checked, sensor and relay as well as all connections need to be checked. Relay may be hidden under the right fender near the vacuum reservoir tank and headlight assembly.

Both radiator fans stopped working.

Fan relay is either behind driverside headlight or directly beneath that spot next to the radiator, does not look like a regular relay because it is electronic. Behind headlight it's riveted to body. Underneath it has a screw 7 or 8mm kind of hard to get to because of the air filter box and radiator. Common Problem with these vehicles. Turn on the a/c to test quickly after replacement but also make sure the temp sensor activates it about 15-20 minutes later.

Radiator fan is not working

Some toyotas have a coolant sensor NOT to be confused with the Temperature sensor. The coolant sensor is located on the radiator it selt, most likely on the bottom and close to the middle. Replace it and the fans should work as needed. Now a temporary fix, unplug the sensor, this will make the fans run only when the engine is running or the key is on the on position. Good luck.
