Sport Wrangler 6 cyl. Engine lite flashing. Diagnostic tool lists code PO305. I looked it up and it states misfire in cyl #3 & 5. How do I fix this?

Check the plugs, wires and coil pack for these two cylinders. Most lilkely it is the coil pack, they work for 2 cyclinders at a time. cylinder motors use 3 and 8 cyl moters use 4 of these. If your und=sure where the coil pack is, follow it backwards from the spark plugs.

Most common problen jeep wrangler 2003 2.4 l engine light on

Hi:
There are hundreds of things that can trip the check engine light, some so simple as a loose gas cap. Your best bet is to get your jeep scanned for free at a local auto parts store, such as autozone. Usually they will scan your code, and tell you what the most likely cause of the code is. Then you can make a good decision as to what needs fixed!

Getting code P1022 when checking onboard diag. chek engine light also on intermitt 03 jeep wrangler 6 cyl 4X4

that is an injector problem.injector # 2 is letting out a high output.this could be there is a bad connector or a damaged wire.this will affect the way your injector reacts and will cause the check engine to go on and off.you would need an injector tester to check the spray pattern for your injector.

No spark. I have changed out the distributor cap, rotor, wiring from coil to cap, and coil was replaced. I checked the distibutor by turning ignition key and observing the rotor turn. What else can I check. I did not observe a module.

My 2002 jeep wrangler sport 4 cyl engine lite stays on dashboard,it does not affect performance.

Have you taken it to your mechanic to run the diagnostics... I had the same issue and it turned out to be a vapor lock issue that required a gas tank gasket replaced.
