I connected two 12v batteries trying to jump start the car (volvo s40 2005) and now the key is stuck in the ignition and there is no power what so ever
#1. Try a new battery first, or test your voltage to make sure the car is getting at least 13V at the battery connector.
#2. Make sure your battery cables / and connection is tight, and CLEAN.
#3. Check Relays for burnt relay if #1, and #2 are OK
Did you connect the Batteries you jumped with correctly? In Parallel you have 12 volts (correct) in Series you have 24 volts (incorrect). Check your main power fuse ( Big 60 amp or 40Amp) located in plastic box close to the battery on the inner fender well. Be careful jumping dead batteries! Explosion hazard exist, wear eye protection always.
