Here is where most of your relays are, there is another relay box located inside the car on the passenger side under the dash. Sometimes youll have to take the glove box out to find the second relay box. This should have a cover on it sense most people do not know of this relay box its usually untouched. The cover will tell you what relay does what. But here is a pic with the relay center under the hood and should help you out.

Blower Motor Relay(s)
The blower motor relay is located in the relay panel on the left front fender apron (16054). When the blower motor circuit is energized, the contact within the relay closes to complete the circuit for blower motor operation.
in the engine bay above the battery from memory is the fuse box for the main fuses & relays they should be marked on top of case one is for the fule pump.
