Where is crank sensor liana 1.6

welcome to the USA forum , is your car USA.
my guess is it has the M16a engine
see bottom left CKP #5
The M class engines , its on the PULLEY side
and facing said pulleys, (regardless of car it is)
its to the right of the pulley
that means the crank tone (teeth) wheel is behind said pulley on end of crank shaft.

we do have swifts here with m15 or M16
here is the CKp sensor on the M151af3207a-b3d0-4af0-9cf7-86ddd395ba79.jpg

Please could you help me with a photo where Suzuki liana's thermostart is located on the engine?

no year, no engine option stated, nor country. (we dont have em' in USA)
it's same spot all engines, mostly.
see radiator. see 2 big hoses.
the one that gets hot first, is the one that goes to the thermostat housing,. (under-which thermostat hides)
i have no idea which engine you have, at all.

the engines offered are:
1.3 L I4; 1.5 L I4; 1.6 L I4; 1.8 L I4; 2.0 L I4; 2.3 L I4; 1.4 L Diesel I4

yes, overwhelming,

My Suzuki Liana is overheatin after a short drive, May get help for its solution please

The thermostat is in the thermostat housing where the water hose hooks up to the radiator, if you don't know where that is take it to a dealer or Auto Parts store.

Please my Suzuki liana is over heating after a short drive, a freind sugested it may be the thermostart problem, could you please help for a solution to this problem?

A good way to tell if it the thermostat and not a head gasket, after the vehicle is cooled down, ensure the system levels are topped off, leave the reservoir cap off start the car and check the reservoir to see if any bubbles become present, this would be exhaust gases actually if present meaning when compression/ fire stroke takes place if the head gasket has a leak the pressure will blow back into the reservoir, if it doesn't and the vehicle continues to heat up, then the thermostat possibly is sticking closed not allowing it to go to the radiator. now depending on how old or the condition of your radiator, a clogged radiator would give you the same symptom as a bad thermostat. One could use those ways of detecting the problem on any vehicle. Good luck!
