2002 mazda 626 just had front pads and rotors changed and now its making a whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop noise while driving. Any idea on what it might be?

Does the sound happen when applying the brake...or consistent with braking? I hope the shop did not miss a scratched wheel bearing...(if noise is constant) When braking indicates bad break parts:(

Window won't rool up

If it is electric then you may have to replace the window motor, if it is a hand crank window then just take off the door panel and put the belt that goes from the crank to the chases of the window back on track, someone probably kept rolling it after it was already down

Did you pay to have this done? If so, haul it back in there and get a lawyer if needed. If you did it, whoops! Timing is wrong.

Whoop whoop noise coming from the passenger wheel mainly when turning

sounds like either a Plysep = broken-belt or a wheel bearing or the brake pads are at the wear bar ball joint or inner outer tie rod end upper lower control arm
.....physically lift the vehicle up in the air and try wobble the tire up and down back n fourth from side to side if all is ok rotate the tire and feel for a bubble or a broken belt if ok remove tire and inspect as well check brake fluid tire pressure greased fittings and the brake pads themselves try these few steps 1st and let me know what you discovered
