Adjust time on Cygnus taxi meter mr400

Here's a link to the MR500 (perhaps the control interface is similar):
Cygnus MR 500 User Manual Time Options

And here's an Ebay link for a MR 400 manual (GBP 4.98)
Cygnus MR400 OR TX4 LTI400 taxi meter taximeter user guide handbook or...

Looks easy enough, Press and hold down the "SELECT" button; then either use the "TOTAL" button to adjust the time backward by up to 3 minutes or the "EXTRAS" button to adjust the time forwards by up to 3 minutes. I would imagine you should purchase the manual if using for commercial purposes.

How do I change the odometer bulb in a 2003 odyssey?

First you have to remove the combination meter set ( Odometer and RPM meter plus the temperature and fuel gauges) from the dash board by unscrewing 3 or 4 screws. Bend you head down and look above your meter set, you will see the screws holding the meters. Pull out the meter set and unplug the cables behind the meters. The bulbs are there. Remove the bulbs by turning the holder and replace the faulty bulb/s accordingly.

How do i use a multimeter

Black lead connector is the Neg. or the common, seems, goes in the bottom most socket on your meter and the red one on the very top one. Not the one marked for Amps. Then test the meter for working, turn the dial on the multimeter to resistance X1 or X100, with the meter on, touch the probes together to see meter deflection.
Make sure you put the meter on to volts after this to test voltage AC or DC.

Reset timing belt light on quantum 2.5 diesel

Try this: 1. Put the key in the ignition and turn it up one notch. The dashboard lights will not turn on. 2. Hold down your trip meter button next to the odometer. 3. When you are holding the trip meter button down, turn your key to the next notch. So, the dashboard lights will be on, but the car will not be started. Do not start the car. 4. Continue holding the trip meter button until the light turns off. You have now reset your Maintenance Required, or Maint Reqd, light

96 tercel keeps draining the battery. Alt. is new and fuse and breakers are good

Your going to need a volt/ohm meter for testing this prob. You need to put the meter on amperage mode and turn off all devices in car and close all doors and make sure key is off! Disconnect the negative battery cable and use the meter to hook from the battery negative cable to the other end of the cable, basically the meter is completing the circuit. Once you turn the meter on the vehicle will have to power down cause your meter connection will have woke up several modules, wait bout 5 min with the meter on, if the meter is 10 ohm scale a good reading should be around 0.025 to 0.001, if it's anything higher then pull fuses 1 by 1 until the draw falls into proper range, that will help you narrow down what circuit the draw is related to. Quick check, make sure the trunk light and or glove box lights are actually turning off, most common prob for current draw..

05 3.8 Van will not start. When turning the key over the engine turns very slowly. I took the belt off and checked it and it still turns very slow. Its making a clicking sound like a dead battery while...

Hello! If you have a multimeter and a little experience using it, here is a simple test...It sounds like there is a resistive connection to the starter motor...Set your meter to its lowest ohm scale (X1) as an example...touch both meter probes together and zero the meter...Place one probe on the Center of the - battery post and the other directly on bare metal of the starter motor...You must read zero ohms...If you do not read zero the negative battery lead is not making a clean and solid connection...Set the meter to read +12 volts DC...Take a reading across the battery terminals with key off...Then angle the meter so you can see it and turn the key to start...Record the reading...Send a comment with results.....Guru.....Saailer

Looking to find the correct specs to adjust a TPS for a 1994 Mazda 929. Using a multi-purpose voltmeter.

YOU NEED 2 VOLT METERS.FIRST OF ALL START ENGINE.LET IT GET OPERATING TEMPERATURE THEN TURN OFF ENGINE.THEN YOU CONNECT TWO VOLT METERS TO THE TEST CONNECTOR.TURN IGNITION ON AND CHECK THAT CURRENT FLOWS TO ONLY ONE VOLT METER.IF BOTH VOLT METERS SHOW CURRENT FLOW REMOVE THE CAP AND TURN THE ADJUSTING SCREW COUNTERCLOCKWISE UNTIL ONE VOLT METER SHOWS CURRENT.IF NO CURRENT IS REGISTERED BY EITHER VOLTMETER TURN THE ADJUSTING SCREW CLOCK WISE UNTIL ONLY ONE VOLT METER SHOWS CURRENT.INSTALL THE CAP ON THE ADJUSTING SCREW AND DISCONNECT THE THROTTLE SENSOR CONNECTOR.CONNECT AN OHM METER TO THE THROTTLE SENSOR TERMINALS.OPEN THE THROTTLE VALVE AND CHECK THE RESISTANCE READING FROM THE THROTTLE SENSOR.AT IDLE THE THROTTLE SENSOR SHOULD SHOW ABOUT ONE KILO OHM RESISTANCE.AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE THE SENSOR SHOULD SHOW ABOUT 5 KILO OHMS RESISTANCE.ANY RESULTS OTHER THAN THESE.REPLACE THE THROTTLE SENSOR AND RETEST.
