95 jeep Cherokee parts interchanges with a 1989 thru 1995 chevy 4x4 silverado

another 350 hydramatic turbo transmission would be the simplest change out . Interchanging with different transmission can become a very costly exercise
MY question is have you had the problem properly diagnosed by an accredited transmission shop or are you just going on the recommendation of a local mechanic that the transmission is shot and you need a new one
From your description it could be servo/solenoid or band and clutch adjustments
Have you had an oil pressure test done , had the oil changed
All that I have suggested can be done in car by an accredited shop

2006ford f250 5.4 by pass ac

It is more of a problem than it is worth to bypass the ac compressor. It is far more econoical to simply disconnect the power lead to the pulley clutch pack . The pulley then becomes a simple idler pulley' If the problem is in the pulley bearings then mostly it can be done in car by an ac accredited shop who will pull the pulley of the shaft and fit a new bearing into it

Water pump submersibale has power not pumping

submersible pumps need clearance between the impellers to function . They can become jammed from sand/gravel getting into the pump or the impellers wearing out from pumping sand in the water. Pull the pump and have it checked out by an accredited pump specialist.
Check that there is water in the hole for the pump to run in

run the fault codes to find which sensor turned it on. If the engine is running as it should then the management light may be a warning to change the timing belt as at that mileage it will be due for a change. have it checked at an accredited service centre as if you ignore it and the belt breaks then it becomes very expensive
