The life of the clutch depends on the driver action
riding the clutch , using 2nd gear instead of 1st gear, driving conditions all are responsible for shortened clutch life. average clutch plate life is around 100,000miles in good conditions with good driving habits
however if the vehicle is over 3 years old , it could be a problem in the clutch master cylinder or clutch cable that is not allowing full clutch engagement and that will give indications of clutch failure

Hiw many km can a clutch disc last on toyota quatum?

Depends how you drive you vehicle but generally anything between 50000-100000 miles - also depends on brand installed some are better than others much like brake pads really... buy cheap you get cheap! - and probably a clutch that wont even make 50000mi but if its factory (genuine Toyota) then expect between 50-100K miles

I have a new clutch but my truck wont go into gear

You might have somebody press the pedal as you get down and check the clutch travel. Might have an adjustment on the clutch arm.
Could have wrong pressure plate, did you match them. I would check the travel first.

I dont know were the clutch cable ajustment is.

There is no clutch cable. The single, dry disc type clutch uses a hydraulically operated master cylinder and a release cylinder mounted on the clutch housing. The clutch release cylinder is not adjustable. Clearance is automatically compensated for by internal design of the cylinder.

If your clutch is not releasing properly, the most likely cause is a worn out clutch disc, which will require more travel to disengage than the hydraulic system is designed to provide. It is either this, or your master and/or slave cylinders need replacement.

When you drive between 100-120km/hr the vibration get very bad but when you drive after 120km/hr

If the vibration is related to speed, and goes away at different speeds higher and lower, it is likely to be a wheel balance problem. Have the wheels balanced at a tyre shop. If it is under braking only, the brake discs are warped.

Replaced clutch in 3000GT, all new parts, plate, disc, bearing, flywheel, bled hydraulics, clutch will not engage trans. bled it again, adjusted the pedal rod both directions, disconnected shifter cables...

Are you sure the clutch disc is installed in the correct direction?
Admittedly, I haven't seen the clutch disc for a Mitsubishi 3000GT, but I have seen my share in many makes of vehicles.

The clutch disc may be one of those that will install in either direction. Some clutch discs are made so that the inner hub with springs, can be installed towards the crankshaft, or towards the tranny.
