this intermittent symptom is caused by a defective window lift motor, the brushes stick and make poor contact, may times u can hit the door panel and get it to work again..

You have the ribbit on type, they have to be cut off to remove or drilled out. This should be done by a professional as these are dangerous and can take off you fingers if you dont know what your doing.

SOURCE: I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada...Yesterday all of a sudden my passenger's side window stop working(up and down)...the power lock and the heated seat all stop working on my passenger's side...?
Chances are its the wiring to the door master switch possibly the connector has come loose. You can confirm a fuse but I believe the heated seat and windows are on 2 separate fuses (check owners manual under fuses) so would have multiple fuses blown which is possible but very rare. Fuses are the easiest to check so look at your manual and find the fuses that state heated seats, pwr windows and anything that doesn't work and make sure its good. Does the passenger window roll up from the passanger side switch (if so the fuse is good)
