Turn the ignition key to the run position for 30 seconds and then off for 5 seconds and turn it on to the run position again for 10 seconds and then start the engine. This will pressurize the fuel system and warm up the MAF sensor to burn off any dirt and frost on the filament, you should not have to press on the gas peddle, the Idle air control valve should do that for you. It is located near where the engine is connected to the tranny but on the back side of the tranny near the bottom it looks exactly like the coil plug in

unfortunately only ones that can do reprogramming are the Dodge dealer(they will always be able too) only a few independent repair shops can i also know of one lock smith shop in my area that can
so you really have only 2 options
take to a dealer
or spend some time on phone finding a repair shop that can (might be a little cheaper but take u more time to find one)
