The ECU can be accessed through the OBD port under the steering wheel, near the floor, it should look like something can plug into it, its usally used by mechanics to search error codes stored on the vehicles ECU chip. in turn you can program the ECU using your programmer just like I have before.

HI.Your fuel pump is an integrated part of the pump module, which also contains the fuel reservoir, level sensor, inlet strainer and fuel pressure regulator. The inlet strainer, fuel pressure regulator and level sensor are the only serviceable items. If the fuel pump requires service, replace the entire fuel pump module.
There is no access panel. You will need to, slightly, drop the fuel tank, in order to extract the module for replacement. This module it mounted on-top of the tank. the module is inserted into the tank.
