It does not have a clutch in the true sense of the word, it has a torque converter which are two two dishes with vanes in them and the one drives the other by means of fluid. If the fluid in the torque converter and the transmission is low or the linkages or downshift cables are out of adjustment, you will have the symptoms of a "slipping clutch".

I have a Honds 150 (carburettor) Ballade Luxline. Won't start - no spark, but engine cranks. Ignition coil? Main engine relay? Please help.

The most common time to have a no-start condition in a Honda is after a hot sit, like when you pull up for gas or a quick run into a store. If you are unsure you can duplicate this condition at home: Use a piece of stiff wire to hold the throttle linkage at a set position and set the engine speed at 2,500 rpm. Let the engine run for about 20 minutes with the hood closed. Then remove the wire and turn the engine off.

I have a honda ballade 160i luxline '93 model with a over heating problem when i go on long continuous drives even though my cooling fan works on temperature. my idling of my car is also not s

Change the thermostat? Probably did, since you went after the computer. Does the car really over heat? Or does the gauge just go high(bad gauge). If the engine does over heat, then it could be the water pump, or to much sediment in the engine(Something blocked). I have seen both.
