Question about Ford Cars & Trucks
There is a starter relay mounted under the hood on the left fender, this is more than likely what your problem is. Remove the starter relay and take it with you to the parts store, they should be able to check it for you to make sure this is your issue. Also check your signal wire that comes from your ignition and pushes down onto the starter relay for an open, check the that if fits snug on the terminal of the relay. ( the plug has a black round angled boot on the end of it). Here is a link to Advance auto parts to give you an idea of what it looks like. Just click on the link.
