Question about Toyota ECHO
Inside the car on drivers side there is a small panel you have to remove should be there also there is a fuse panel located under the hood drivers side by the battery

Disconnect your negative battery cable for about 10min. After you re-connect, the stereo should reset itself and start functioning. Best of luck!
