Fiesta 1.8 enduro di be91 tc stage 3 engine wont start i suspect fuel solinoid !!car was fine till this morning any way 2 check it and is it on end of pump between injector pipes? or is it underneath

Injectors could be blocked but i would go with an injector pump or fuel pump.

This morning when I tried to start my 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.4 the immobiliser light was flashing rapidly and car wouldn't start. The message centre displayed:Motor System Fault - Engine Temperature High

It's a glitch. Possibly the coolant temp. sensor is faulty and sending the wrong information to the engine computer. If it ever returns, make sure the connection to the sensor is good, maybe replace the CTS.

While cranking my 2013 Ford Fiesta acts like it is starving for gas. It eventually starts after about 3 tries. Any thoughts?

Turn the key on and listen to see if you hear the fuel pump run and then shut off. If so it should be ok. Check your fuel filter or replace it.
If it is just hard to start of a morning, it could be the MAP sensor. (Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor). When they go bad, the engine is difficult to start. I hope this points you in the right direction. Good Luck.

You will have to use an online converter from Ft/lbs to Nm if you want Imperial.

'the sequence is as follows...

8 - 6 - 1 - 3 - 9
10-4 - 2 - 5 - 7

STAGE 1: tighten to 15Nm
STAGE 2: tighten to 30Nm
STAGE 3: tighten 90 degrees

the camshaft carrier/capa are tightened to 15Nm.'

My Neon Dodge (1996), experiencing hard starting,most often times in the Morning when i about to start,it will take too much time (around 30 minutes) before it starts, until such time the battery getting...

If a car doesn't start normally there could be 3 main causes:
1.No spark (check spark plugs and distributor for wear end aging)
2.No fuel (check the fuel filter(if a fuel come out dark from it - change the filter, fuel pump (for wear), fuses(for burns))
3.No air (check the air filter)

If this doesn't help take it to professionals. Hope this helps

tap on tank while someone is turning engine if it starts its the fuel pump if it doesnt check spark them find fuel psi relief and check for gas

Eng.code 3A- Cyl.head-stage 1-40Nm,stage 2-60Nm,stage 3-180degrees. Main bearings - stage 1 - 35Nm, stage 2 - 65Nm, Big ends - stage 1 - 30Nm, stage 2 - 90degrees. Flywheel - stage 1- 60Nm, stage 2 90degrees. Eng.code AAD - All torques same as engine 3A. cheers

Wont start

Bryan, 1st check that the battery connections are clean and tight, and also the same for starter connections (starter is positioned between the engine and transmission, probably has 2-3 bolts and wiring connections. Have you had the battery tested? Don't buy a starter until you do. The lights and radio can work, but the battery could be undercharged enough to not be able to crank the engine over (you are correct that the 'clicking' sound is classic bad or low charge battery, but check the above 1st). A parts store can do a free check if you pull it out and bring it down. After checking the connections, try to jump start the car. Good luck. Hope this helps.

Hello,1ºdesmount ignition coil and check if smeel burned,if coil is ok 2ºturn on ignition and listen if fuel pump is working(lift up back seat to listen better) or can be cranckshaft sensor(check with multimeter on OHM)

Wont start in the morning

Hello, My name is Curt and Im a mechanic in Nevada.

Your problem can be one of 3 things.

1. Your Fuel pump is weak or shot. When they wear out, they can let the fuel run back to the tank, if not being used for several hours. (lower temperature outside will worsen this effect) therefore your fuel line is empty now you have air in there instead of fuel and the system has to bleed out the air. or

2. Beings that it is fuel injected, you have a small diaphram valve on the fuel pressure rail. This valve lets extra fuel return to tank. If this is stuck then some or alot of your fuel that should be building pressure for the injectors is goin back to your fuel tank. While this saves on fuel, it doesnt let the engine run real well. <-----joke. This would be why your Jeep takes for ever to start....It's having trouble pressuring up your injectors. Without enough pressure, the injectors wont open.

3. This one is unlikely, but I have seen it twice. Check your distributor cap. Sometimes moisture collects after being not run for a bit. If this happens the spark wont go through the cap to the plugs till it dries up from the heat in the spark thats dancing around in there while you spinning the motor forever.

Hope this helps. Also to see if its a fuel issue, Plug the return Line going back from to the tank from the return valve if it starts up quick, then thats your problem, if theres no fuel or little fuel then, check your fuel filter and pump.
