2004 Pontiac Montana Hello! I'm having trouble with my air conditioning system not blowing cold air at all. The blower motor works just fine, and the a/c system is not only fully charged, but holds its...

Do the A/C pipes going in through the fire wall get cold ( icy) ? Temp blend dood actuator possibly .Does it have A/C system in the back as well ? Auxiliary - does it get cold ?

Air Temperature Actuator
The air temperature actuator is a 3 wire bi-directional electric motor. Ignition 3 voltage, ground and control circuits enable the actuator to operate. The control circuit uses a 0-12 volt linear-ramped signal to command the actuator movement. The 0 and 12 volt control values represent the opposite limits of the actuator range of motion. The values in between 0-12 volts correspond to the positions between the limits.
When the HVAC control module sets a commanded, or targeted, value, the control signal is set to a value between 0-12 volts. The actuator shaft rotates until the commanded position is reached. The module will maintain the control value until a new commanded value is needed.
Have you hooked up manifold gauge's to check pressures ?

Where are the fusible links for the starter in a 2003 montana

I believe one is right next to the starter, front, just right of center when standing facing your engine compartment....down at about the same elevation from the ground as the bottom of the radiator. Can't remember any others, but I do think there is at least one more...good luck and be save...ohh and when you start working on this fusible link I've pointed out for you...take extra precaution to avoid the 12 volt cable connection on the battery that comes from the battery. I think I would disconnect the battery before starting...

Why don't the headlights work on my 2009 Mercury Marquis?

Could be a fuse, the on / off switch, the relais, defective cable or connector, or both bulbs are defect.
Use a multimeter to check if any of the needed 12 volt comes through, step by step.

Add 12 volt outlet switched by ignition

Look in your owners manual for the accessory fuse. That line turns off. Also, consider a 12 volt relay between the seat and your power source. A small toggle switch will work well for a relay.

I am having a problem with my 12 volt power outlets. Ever since I used an iPod FM transmitter in both of my outlets, neither outlet works for any accessory that I plug in. The fuse was blown, I replaced...

I think you need to look inside of the sockets for foreign objects such as change or foil from gum wrappers. This is the most common cause of this problem. If it is all clear we need to unplug both and put in a new fuse, plug in one and then the other, see which one is the bad socket.

99 Montana, Air Compressor compartment???

It's in the manual if you have one. The 12 volt power is for any 12 volt item, the air is to fill tires etc. The van came with a 20 foot hose.
