2003 Buick la sabre, I have to jumpstart everytime I turn it off for a while and it reads battery normal after jump starting at around 11. to 12 v why!?

You need a new battery. It is old or you have a defective cell. The voltage on a new fully charged battery is about 13.5 volts, 11 volts is no good at all and won't start the engine. Also more important than voltage is cranking amps. If you go to a garage they can test this with a meter which puts a load on the battery which can be measured.

My 1996 mercedez e320 only starts when I JumpStart

Connect a voltmeter across the battery terminals. While engine off, if the voltage is below 12V it means your battery is either dead or discharged. Once you've jump-started your car, check the battery voltage again. If it's still low (like below 13.5V) it may mean you have a problem with your alternator.
Let me know the voltages and we'll think what to do next.

Engine wont turn over even though all dash lights work when key on.

This is the classic symptom of a bad battery. Your engine requires a lot of power to crank but the little lights in your dash require very little. if the battery is even a little drained it won't crank the engine, but everything else will seem to work fine. Either jumpstart the car (if it starts, then you likely need a new battery) or test the voltage at the battery terminal when trying to start the car. If the voltage drops below 12 volts you need a new battery (or at least a freshly charged one)

Drove car for 5 miles came back and wont start again

Check battery voltage. It should be no less than 12.5 volts.
Is your starter solenoid clicking?
Turn the lights on and try cranking. Do they dim significantly? If so, then jump start the vehicle and check the charging voltage from the alternator. With the car running use a voltmeter across the battery. The voltage should be around 14 volts.
If you can't jumpstart the vehicle and if the solenoid is clicking and assuming the battery voltage is fine, then replace the starter motor.

Please repost after checking all of these.

1993 buick lesabre shut off while driving, battery was dead then bought a new battery drove well for 3 weeks then shut off while driving again had to jumpstart it.

Your alternator is bad. It's not recharging the battery as you are driving. The car is using battery voltage until it is all used up and then the engine dies. Replace the alternator and recharge the battery.

Can you jump start a 2004 suzuki swift?

Yes, you can jumpstart the Swift. Anytime you jumpstart a car, please be cautious.

Because of the dangers inherent with jump starting a car battery, we highly recommend using jumper cables specifically designed to help eliminate the possibility of an explosion.
CAUTION:
Lead acid batteries generate explosive hydrogen gases. Keep sparks, flames, and lighted cigarettes away from the area.

Cables should only be connected to batteries with the same voltage ratings. That is... both batteries should either be 6-volt or 12 volt batteries. If for any reason acid contacts eyes, skin, or clothing, FLUSH immediately with large amounts of water. In case of eye contact, see a physician immediately.

Note: If the battery is cracked or appears to be leaking fluids... it's time for a new battery. Be careful as the fluid coming out of the vehicles battery can cause damage to you and or your car/truck.

You may try replacing the battery and the battery cables cause they may possibly be fryed from the cross-over and if that doesn't work you might have to replace the fuse box and the fuses running into them
