Brown recluse spider bite
The pain associated with a brown recluse spider bite typically increases during the first eight hours after the bite. You may also have fever, chills and body aches. The bite usually heals on its own in about a week. In a minority of cases, the skin at the center of the bite can become dark blue or purple and then evolve into a deep open sore (ulcer) that enlarges as the surrounding skin dies. The ulcer usually stops growing within 10 days after the bite, but full healing can take months.
Seek prompt medical care in the following situations:
You are unsure whether the bite was from a poisonous spider.
The person who was bitten experiences severe pain, abdominal cramping or a growing ulcer at the bite site.
The person who was bitten is having problems breathing.
Your doctor may recommend a tetanus booster shot if you haven't had one in the last five years.

So my low tire pressure warning goes off because it says the right front tire is low. ... It should reset, it may take a cycle or two but unless you need a new sensor it should be ok. ... It was automatic on my truck and it's a 2010.
Like any medication, there are side effects when taking it. While depression is not a specified side effect for this medication, if you feel you are having problems with it you need to discuss this with a medical professional.
You need to discuss your medical condition with your healthcare provider, and follow the treatment plan to the letter. Every individual is different, and your physician can best answer your individual questions.
If in all other respects the engine seems to be fine, then it's most likely piston slap. It's a sign of a worn engine and the only cure is a rebuild, but in itself, piston slap is just an annoyance rather than a problem. The piston bores are tighter when the engine is cold and so the pistons are more tightly constrained and less able to slap.
But at 80k miles you really shouldn't have piston slap yet, even on an Alfa. I suggest that you take the car to an experienced mechanic to get the oil pressure checked: it could be that the oil pump is failing and if that goes completely you will be looking at a replacement engine due to consequential damage. Used Alfa 147's of that age are usually dirt cheap though, so if you do need a donor engine it may prove to be more cost effective to sell yours for spares and buy another 147.
hello i have a spider gtv on a 99, as the engine gets upto temprature the warning light flashes and once the engine is hot the oil light stays on, only on tick over. i have changed oil pressure switch. still the same though.
