If you have lights the battery is probably ok.
A mechanic would check for battery voltage at the starter with a meter or test light and then trace back to the key switch. You would have a neutral safety switch or clutch switch in the circuit to keep you from cranking the engine in gear.
If it is an automatic and you can crank it in neutral, the safety switch has failed.

I have a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo in which the clutch pedal went to the floor & stayed there. Upon inspection, the clutch master cylinder was empty on fluid. I filled the reservoir & bleed the clutch...

It sounds as if you have 2 problems here.

The fact that the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed there suggest a fault in the master cylinder. It may be that you need to overhaul the master cylinder.

Overhaul kits are available at less cost than a clutch master cylinder:

The grinding noise ... A grinding noise would be caused by either the gear not engaging properly because of the defective clutch.

Or, if it is more of a squealing noise - that may be the clutch release bearing at fault.

Are you absolutely sure that your entire clutch unit - pressure plate, driven plate and release bearing aren't worn?

Can i start my rodeo with out steping clutch

No when you press the clutch in it send a sinal to what they call a neutral safety switch.that way the car or truck wont lunge forward if in gear.some toyota trucks have a dash bypass switch but i dont think your rodeo does hope this helps

I have a 98 Rodeo with a very loud fan noise. It starts loud when I start the vehicle and gets louder as I drive. The only time it goes quiet is when I sink the clutch. Do you know what could be causing...

sounds like the clutch fan is no good under the hood, with the engine off try turning the fan on the front of the engine by hand,if it will not turn with little effort it might bre seized up,there should be a little resistance to it if the engine is warm, hope this helps

My rodeo is stuck in gear

You will need to get the clutch hydraulic system repaired before the clutch can be successfully disengaged.
Meanwhile, try rocking the vehicle backward/forward while shifting gearlever out of gear to get it into neutral.

Getting harder and harder to place into gear. Also, when the clutch is disengaged (pedal down), I will hear a louder noise, sounds like something is rubbing on something

It seems like the clutch pressure plate has gone, not releasing the clutch plate once the pedal is operated.
The noise you hear, is it a screeching one or is it like the gears rubbing eachother.
If its a screeching noise thn its the release bearing and if its a heavier grinding noise thn its the gears.
Guess you will have to replace the clutch pressure plate, its highly recomended though to replace the pro-kit,i.e the clutch plate, pressure plate and the release bearing.
Good luck.
