SOURCE: transmission fluid change

Remove the plug and drain it. If it doesn't have a plug, remove the pan. Clean the screens and replace the gaskets with new ones. Refill.

SOURCE: 2015 Chevy captiva air conditioner worked fine then fluid poured out under car an air stopped blowing cold why?

the system relies on the air conditioning being pressurised and containing coolant. If the liquid coolant has run out the system is not pressurised and does not contain any coolant....so it will not work!!

A word of warning...the coolant can blind and should only be handled by personnel with the appropriate qualification, it has blinded a few here ..let professionals deal with this.

How do I top up the Transmission fluid in a 3.2ltr Holden Captiva 2007 model.

There is a plug on the side of the transmission 22mm wrench size I believe, use a small wire or your finger to check the fluid level, it should be at the top of the bolt hole, when adding use a small hose or funnel and when the fluid starts coming out of the hole the fluid level is full.

How much transmission fluid is needed to do the chevrolet 2013 captiva

it should be in the owners manual under maintenance and capacities it depends on what you are doing, i think in an automatic a dump and fill it 4.6 quarts. remember over filling your transmission is as bad as under filling it and can cause similar issues. Make sure you use the correct fluid, automatic is not the same as manual. check the owners manual for all the information you need.

How do I replace auto transmission fluid on captiva 2.0 D 2008?

Can't be sure for this particular car, but there should be a dipstick coming out of the transmission. This is often near the firewall, and is a bright color. The opening of the dipstick is also often large enough to allow for the transmission fluid to be filled from there. The drain plug will be under the car on the bottom of the transmission of course.

The transmission filter is under the car under the transmission fluid pan. you have to lift up your car loosen the volts, take of the pan, take of the filter put in the new one, put the new one on, put the transmission fluid pan in place, put the bolts and tighten them, lower the car and put however much transmission fluid your car takes. Hope the best of luck for ya.
