Unless it's a new starter, the silnoid on the starter is defective. Also the click, click click, sometimes could be battery. It may test 12 volts, but something is draining it

What is wrong my car is missing and stalling now after service

Charles, you may have to have vehicle scanned for fault/diagnostic codes. Was car doing it before tune up etc., if not were correct parts installed, check to see that all vacuum lines are connected and not leaking and the same with wire/plugs, check for loose/damaged wires and plugs. If all looks OK to you, have a good tech. diagnose and estimate repair.

2003 chevy 4.3v6 won't start when wet out

Did you change the plug wires when you changed dist. cap and rotor?? If not and you want to be sure they are the prob, wait till it's sunny outside and the truck works fine, then get a spray bottle (like an empty windex bottle or something) and put some salty water in it and spray the wires with it when the truck is running. If the engines starts to act up, sputter and what not, the wires are done for, throw em and change em. Also if it's dark enough you will usually easily see the sparks flying around the wires and all when you spray them. Coil isolation might also be the problem, but it's alot rarer than the wires. Same test procedure can be easily done here also. If both those test out good with the salty water, then it's going to be harder to pinpoint, but at least the good ol' salty water trick will work with anything related to humidity/rain and will help you size down the possible problems and areas that can be in fault.

Wet floor board when it rains.

The sloshing water could be water in your doors. Old Range Rovers used to trap water when the drains became plugged - it could be that the water is building up there and coming out of the door speaker grilles. Is the car fitted with a sunroof? Pinched or restricted sunroof drains can also lead to this kind of problem.

Everytime it rains real hard. car won't start, after 2 days it then starts.. Everything works good..........Then a month later when it rains again, the car won't start for another 2...

Obviously water is the cause. Make sure all hood seals and underbody splash shields are in place, check firewall main connector for security. After it rains (without driving it in rain) check floor mats inside for water. A possible windshield or dash leak is allowing water into electrical area near instrument cluster (windshield may need resealed). Lift hood and look for water on any electrical connections disconnect dry, and seal with tune up grease from parts store.
Good luck

Saab 93 convertable, Rain water fills the drivers footwell when the car is parked downhill.

I am not sure if it is the same problem I had with my '04 93 SS, but there is a cabin air filter that has a drain next to it that allows the rain water to run down to the ground. Mine was clogged up with leaves and other junk which caused the rain water to leak through the filter into the cabin. Being that yours is a different body style, your filter may be on the drivers side which would cause this. I would try to look up where your Cabin Air Filter is and try to clean the drain.

I have an audi a4 2002 2.5 tdi sport estate. Last night it was raining cats and dogs all night. I started her up and drove to a right hand bend, as i turned i could hear water rushing from driver side to...

This is a common problem with your shape A4, pre 2001 A4s and old shape A6s. Rain water builds up in the area under the bonnet where your battery is. This can be accessed by removing the long black trim under the windscreen covering the battery. This area has two drain holes with small rubber tubes on it, these tubes get blocked over time by leaves, dirt etc. They need to be unblocked, and the tubes can be completely removed (and left off). This is much easier to do underneath the car but at least one can be done from the top. Its under the battery though. Be aware when you disconnect the battery, you will lose your radio coding.
It needs to be done though as if the water is coming in the car then it must be high. The water has most likely damaged your convenience control unit (electronic control unit) under the carpet of the footwell, this controls the failed electrical items you described. The water can cause further problems, electrical as it submerges the battery! And brakes as the brake servo can **** the water in causing many problems! Well worth getting it out sooner rather than later. Hope this helps and hasnt scared you too much. Good luck
