Your owners manual should have this info. Sometimes the fuse box cover will show you which fuse does what?
What kind of problem are you having, maybe I can post a wiring diagram?
If you don't have an owners manual try
fleet.ford.com
Scroll down the page, click on owners manual link, then type in year--make--model. It should be there. It's free.

Hi,

Location of anti theft fuse on 2008 ford focus

Fuse 20 is the ECM fuse. No car would have one specifically for the antitheft circuit as you could pull the fuse and drive away. The ECM runs the antitheft system as well as the engine management. As long as the chip in the key matches the chip in the ignition lock, the ECM will release power to the ignition circuit.

Do you have an OBD11 code reader or access to one? That may tell you where the fault is.

Fuse

The fuse box is located under the dash on the driver's side of the vehicle, just to the left of the steering column. You can see the fuse numbers on the fuse cover. Dome light fuse is #F9.

There are 2 locations in your vehicle that have fuses in them. The description of the locations of those are below. Also below are diagrams of the fuse layouts for each as well as a description of what each fuse is for. This should all be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.

2005 ford focus fuse box

There is a 1 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box for the alternator charging signal. Also, there is a 175 amp fusible link for the alternator, which is located under a plastic cover, next to the top of the timing belt cover.
