SOURCE: F-350 chassis - Motor Home
Ford reccommends Type F,but in my opinion,Type F or Mercon varnishes quickly.I've been rebuilding Ford's auto's for 19 years, and have found Dexron 2 or 3 works just dandy.Mixing the two fluids won't harm anything. The biggest thing is DO NOT use any kind of trans stop leak which contains brake fluid.

If you don't have the owners manual... contact the MFG. ....each motor home is built differently....there is NO standards for the wiring they put in.....SORRY....GL

go to AZ or your local parts house and purchase a hayes manuel for your vehicle, it will have the info on how to remove your old radio, now when installing the new radio just read and make sure you understand the installion instructions before installing the new one.
