Use a pair of water pump pliers to force the gas cap off. It will destroy it so get a new gas cap first

Inside the cargo area just about where the door is on the outside there is a manual release. It is a little plastic handle on a tiny metal cable.

What is the P0440 trouble code on a 97 850 volvo non turbo

Code is for the evap system which vents gas fumes from the tank.
Could be anything from a bad gas cap to a leak in the vent system.

How cani change the liquid of brakes sistem, please

The BEST way is to buy one of those pressure bleeders. Professional style bleeders start at $50, but you can get one that uses pressure from your spare tire to push fluid through the system for about $25. It will have detailed directions.
The kind of bleeder that uses a Mityvac to pull fluid through works, and is very safe for all brake systems, but does not work very well.
On a Volvo, the threaded part where the cap fits on the reservoir is fairly short. This means that you have to use two gaskets on the cap part of a pressure bleeder or it will leak fluid all over the floor. (Don't ask me how I know)

You should get a bottle and some clear nylon hose about 1/8" ID that fits the nipples on the brake calipers. That will keep the draining fluid contained so you don't make a mess and will allow you to see the color of the fluid and the bubbles (if any). I use two hoses so I can bleed two nipples at a time.
Your front calipers have two separate circuits feeding them, I believe, so be sure to bleed from ALL the nipples on the front calipers.
You can do this job without a bleeder by gently stroking the brake pedal while bleeding the calipers. Best to do both circuits simultaneously. This approach can be tricky and has some down-sides, but it is the most common approach used world-wide because it requires no special tools.
DO NOT let the reservoir run empty while doing this job! There are a couple of high spots in this system, and if you get air into a high spot, you will have to get a pressure bleeder to push it out.

1999 Volvo S80 gas cap cover won't open when I unlock car!

Most likely the fuel door latch motor has failed. Pull down the trunk liner panel for that side by turning the knob next to the rear seat fold down 45 degrees. That will allow the panel to be pulled down. the latch is the small black box against the car body. It should have a manual release to get it open. Once open take out the two T25 torx screws and the motor will come out. Pay attention to how the manual release is routed and reassemble in reverse order.

hope this helps

Unable to lock car whith key.

Probably not. The reason the trunk (boot)and the doors have different keys is that the locking mechanism is completely different. I'm not sure bout this particular car but generally that's the case. Your best bet would be to try to find a door lock with a key at a junkyard or on eBay.
