There are lots of loose wires in every newer car, the reason is that the automakers only built one wiring harness and that means for every optional piece of equipment, not all have the add ons so hence loose connectors and wires that go nowhere..

set to .012" inlet hot and .014" exhaust hot
position no 5 piston when there is valve rock(overlap) and do no 1 valves. position no6 piston valves in overlap and do no3 piston valves and so on in firing order.

The only one that can unlock these types of security items is the dealer. Now if you are able to put a after market radio in that should fix your problem.

this could be a lot of things. look under the hood for a loose plug wire. Look under the hood at night with the engine running to see if the spark plug wires are emitting sparks or are glowing. If so, do not touch the wires or you'll get a severe shock. Replace all the wires if they are bad. If the plug wires are okay, check for a loose wire or loose vacuum hose.

Look for a loose/ dirty battery terminal. Check for loose fusible links next to the battery. Check for loose battery earth wire.

check for loose negative wire on battery terminal, tighten if loose,
check your ignition switch, the accesories wire (positive) if loose/ re-connect it.
check for loose accesories harness wire- repair if nescessary.

re-install belt, lining up the timing marks, crank to TDC #1 cylinder, cma pulleys have marks on them, line them up to the index marks as well. If you have a drive wheel in the air, you can pop the car into 5th gear (make sure it's chocked!) and rotate the wheel to turn the engine for alignment, etc. You can put a wrench/socket on the cam bolt to align it as well.
