sounds like a typical throttle position sensor problem, ye before you get there check the air filter and make sure that youf fuel is not contaminated it is either your TPS or the air flow meter is going bad both are expensive sorry

The fuel pump relay will cause a stalling or no start condition. You are likely having mass airflow sensor, fuel pump, or fuel pressure regulator issues.

Engine stalling and rough run
issue at low speeds
This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

To correct this problem get a can of throttle valve cleaner (it is made by CRC Chemicals) from the local auto parts store, spray it into the air intake of the engine until you have used about half the can, you will need to hold the idle up while you do this, it will try to stall, after this shut the engine down and disconnect the Negative (-) battery cable for 5 minutes. The intake is now clean, if you continue to have the idle speed control problems you may need to seek the help of a professional.
