SOURCE: trying to remove 2000 Yukon
There are three if we are talking about the same thing.
One at the bottom under the side bin.
One behind the rubber handle above the door latch (this is a long screw).
One behind the window switches. Pry up on the inside seem (long edge), it should come up and then out. The screw is behind it.

You will have to remove the door window handle (it has a clip behind it; you may be able to bend a piece of coat-hanger wire into a 90 degree at the tip and pull it with that).
You will have to remove the door grip cover (clips on, pry at front), then the door grip (screws) and the speaker cover (clips on), then the speaker (screws). Disconnect the speaker wire.
After that the panel is held in place by plastic push-in clips that you can CAREFULLY pry out (they actually have a tool for that that looks sort of like a hand dandelion digger). I think there are about five such clips. You should get as close to them as possible when you pry them out, otherwise they can tear out of the material they are attached to.
Hope this helps you.
