We removed insulation from crawl space rafters. We now have a squeak on the main floor that was not there before.

You have a floor board(s) not firmly attached to floor joists below. Insulation previously muffled the sound and/or filled the gap.

Eliminate the gap either by filling it in with a shin or by screwing the two together to eliminate the gap. Find the right spot by going into crawl space and having someone step on squeaky board above - approximately at the midpoint of the squeaky zone should be the biggest gap.

If screwing, use a drywall screw from below to pull the floor board back in contact with joist.

You way find you may need to do 2 or more spots to totally eliminate the squeaks.

Good luck.

My house is lower in the middle of the house

it is rotting or sinking foundation posts
there are re-stumping organizations that can come and quote you for the job or you can use acrow props to jack the floor up until it is level and put blocks onto of the stumps
An acrow prop is a bar that is threaded in one section where you adjust it to the floor then pin it and then turn the screw against the pin so that it acts as a screw jack

1999 ford f350 surging noise when accelerating

pretty complex problem there man! sounds like it could possibly be something with the transmission. at the part when you say if youre pulling at 55 and it wont speed up, does the engine rev up but it doesnt do anything or no change in engine speed? if the engine sped up, it sounds like a transmission problem, if it didnt make a change in the engine, then it could be as you said a fuel problem. also as a last thought, it could also be a sensor malfunctioning. you might want to take it to a ford dealer and get it diagnosed

If it is clogged with bits of leaves you will need to remove the AC blower motor and clean out the enclosure that motor sits in and clean the drain while the motor and squirrel cage blower wheel are removed..

I cleaned out squirrel cage that blows the air into the cab located passenger side behind glove compartment area. Since then no heat output, but there is A/C . What could have happened?

if all you did was drop the blower motor and clean the squirrel cage out,
the I would recheck for any vacume hose that might have got pulled off or broken that moves things like blend air door, are you getting air flow out from the motor to floor or defrost?
