The rear wiper on my 2005 Jeep Laredo won't shut off! Help!

The rear wiper stays on- according to the switch it should be off (set to O). Triple checked. Help!

After researching this it seems the problem is caused by a defective wiper motor, I suggest you disconnect it for now.

Has no relay . Has rear wiper module , part of the motor assembly . Check fuse's # 8 20 amp an #3 10 amp . the wiring diagram just show's junction block , must be inside fuse box . Check it out here free wiring diagrams .

Jeep Cherokee Laredo 2005 broken rear wiper. Still attached but can't fix it just hanging there. Can I fix it

Well, yes and no!
This will be a pretty big job, as you should have to take the rear door all apart to get at the broken parts inside the door.
Often, the broken part may be nothing more than a plastic clip or bushing that has failed.
You may discover the job to take all day.

In my 1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4.0 inline 6 the windshield wipers do not work i have changed the fuses motor and switch and they still will not work what should i do

can you run 12 volts to the wiper motor to see if you have a bad switch and make sure motor has a ground to it lots of times they are mounted on rubber

Check your manual for wiper fuse & relays location.You can inspect fuses visually...hope this helps

Check your fuses by the brake pedal and in by the engine and battery. Black rectangular box. If not see if you have power at the switch

The switch may have gone bad.. or the module that controls the wiper... if the fuse went bad, it would not work.. REMOVE the fuse if you want it to stop...

I have a 96 jeep grand cherokee laredo my rear wiper doesnt work my front wiper has no pulse setting all 4 power windows no longer work im confused on were to start was told to replace body control module...

some times the ground wire going from the body to the door ( located in the rubber boot ) breaks. so you have to pull back the boot and try to find the black ground wire

How to change the windshield wipers on a 2005 jeep cherokee laredo

Press in on the clip on the wiper blade and pull down. To install put the wiper around the hook and pull up until you hear a click and it locks in.
