Your service light is a reminder and really you should carry out a full fluid and oil change with filters particulary on the Engine. If you have recently purchased the vehicle then I would say imperitive, however if you have had it serviced regulary and feel it isn't ready then try holding down the trip meter button then turn on the ignition whilst still holding it down for 20 seconds or so this should reset it.
As for cost's if you were here in the U.K. around £175 $220ish.

Unfortunately, You will need to Change it all. None of the V8 Components will Transfer to the Inline 6. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

make sure all the wires were connected back to the battery there is a red wire that sits by itself and when you disconnect the battery it tends to fall also check the alternator circuit breaker could be blown.

Each spark plug has an individual coil. Each coil is located next to the fuel injector on the intake manual.Here is a picture of the location of the plugs. If you need anything else,let me know.Thanks,Chuck
