Jeep Grand Cherokee 2006 3.0 L diesel,Limited edition ,few dash board lights are off(right hand side heating plus the whole panel above). How I can change those ones without paying big bills to dealers

The panels should pop off. Remove all the trim panels, and plastic panels (some may be screwed in). You should be able to access all the bulbs behind and change yourself.

Hi, i have a grand cherokee 5,7 from 2006. The lights in the instrument panel, and the exterior lights keep flashing when the engine in turned on. I cannot adjust the lights in the instument panel neither....

I have a similar problem - every once in a while all of my dash lights flash on like the car is trying to conk out/stall (I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee) - the car has no loss of power and runs fine, just all of the dashboard lights and warnings come on like its going to stall. Happens on dry days, wet days, cold days, warm days - at least 3 times a month. trouble is, because its intermittent no one can find the problem.

I have a 2006 grand cherokee. Sometimes without warning when I come to a stop (after driving with no lights, warning, etc.) My truck hesitates when I accelerate. The rpm's go all the way up, and my truck...

could be a bad idle control valve. causing idle surge and rise and stick open to allow a large vacuum leak in your manifold which would cause those Symptoms of rough acceleration and loss of power similar to a missfire.

I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. For at least the past 9 months, the headlights and dash lights will flicker and go out. I have to either click to high beams or turn lights off completely and back on...

The flickering lights and dash lights on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee is caused by the Steering Control Module and the Light switch stalk being bad. One being bad will cause the other to go bad. I had the same thing 3 months out of warranty. By talking with Jeep Customer Service in Detroit, they agreed to cover parts, and I paid labor. Total bill for parts and labor would have been over $900.!

02 grand cherokee heater turns off when on

The is a 4 wire connector under the right side of dash to the blower motor resistor. Most likely what is happening is that the connector is loosing contact due to high resistance between the resistor and the connector pins. The connector has 4 wires, a black with tan tracer, a tan, light green and light blue. If you can get it to act up again, have someone wiggle the connector and see if the fan starts up again. If it start working you can either replace the resistor or you may be able to get by just slightly bending the metal tabs on the resistor.
