You will need to release fuel pressure.were the two fuel lines come up will be disconnect to fuel rail two different sizes remove .look at fuel rail you will see mounting brackets remove bolts x 4 then wiggle and slightly pull up be careful not to loose seals or damage injectors then remove injectors.

If you have throttle-body fuel injection, you don't have a fuel rail. The fuel pressure regulator should be mounted to throttle body.
