Actually, those are general OBDII codes Malissa, not Land Rover specific:

P1668 Land Rover Anti-Theft Alarm serial link fault : Drive cycle A:Signal out of range - above maximum
The alternator is supplying a high voltage, above 16 volts to trigger the P0563

**ALSO : CHECK ALL GROUND CONNECTIONS!! ** DIIs do weird stuff without proper grounding / grounding loose.

1992 Range Rover starts up runs fine but after warmed up and shut off by key won't start for at least 2 hrs. Rick Please help

sounds to me like the cat converter is stopped up. Usually the engine will die out after a short while though if it is clogged. Over time the pressure will release enough for the engine to start again. The coil could be getting hot and fails to spark, but again this should kill the engine after a short while. If you let the engine idle will it die on its own? more info if you can supply any would be great.

what did you use to clear the maf sensor. cleaning the maf you need a special spray. I do not think your problem was in those 2 sensors. do you know if you have spark at the coils

Suggested Solution 2002 Land Rover Discovery Series II Logo Problem with 2002 Discovery Series II Starts fine when cold, after running dies on idle then wont start 2002 land rover discovery, starts fine...

The ignition system is controlled by the ECM. Check power at fuse box in on right side under dash. Check fuses right side engine compartmentlower dash panel if all OK check power to ECM located right side "A" pillar in alloy box. this unit could be faulty if no spark at coils, assuming they have been connected correctly. may have to get tested for codes at L/R dealer or someone with test tool. Another source of problem may well be flat battery in transponder key. The indicator light on the dash willflash rapidly for 10 seconds if the vehicle has been unlocked with the remote and the drivers door is opened if the battery in remote is getting low

Sounds like the fuel filter is dirty and needing to be changed. It's cheap and easy to swap out.
