ALWAYS replace U-bolts when the spring is fully RELAXED. This makes the process a lot safer AND easier.
The torque setting will depend on the grade and diameter of the U-bolt you're using. Common grades are Grade 5 and Grade 8. Grade 8 is different quality of steel and can be torqued a lot tighter than a Grade 5. This idea also applies to the diameter of the bolt, bigger bolt = higher torque setting. A common setting, assuming it's a Grade 5 bolt, is around 90ft/lb (120Nm).
Always tighten all 4 U-bolts together as a set of 4, working diagonally to keep the U-bolts mounted straight and correct. This will give even pressure for the clamping force.

1st find out what Toyota specs are , but in general , no , do not use any grade oil other the specified .
Mixng the oil grades id just wrng and will destroy your $5.000 engine over a few dollar saving...
DO NOT CHANGE THE GRADE OF OIL , USE ONLY THE RECOMENDED GRADE... THE BRAND : CASTROL GTX ONLY
most other oils are recycled garbage...

if you sign a contract saying grade A and you are going to be paid x amount for being a grade A, then they ask you to drop to a grade B for less, then they must ask you to sign another contract.if they do not do this then they must pay you a grade A wage.

using a high grade full synthetic is the best.
the oil grade which is 10w30 is for average driving conditions.
for winter,5w30 and 10w40 for summer is also recommended by alot of car manufacturers.The oil filler cap will tell you the oil grade.
