Triple spark plug can I use it in my 2005 corolla

NO

You can not use any fancy spark plugs,
in any vehicle, but a race car motor

NO Bosch 4 prong
NO other odd shaped ground electrode

Your ignition system is designed, to only
work with the original tip configuration &
center electrode diameter

You can use any brand, but i would say NGK
are very common OE plugs & will work in any motor

There are others Denso,Champion, etc

The problem you will have, is the center electrode,
diameter won't be correct

I have seen that at a dealer & they don't care
They are not all that skilled there either

What are the type of spark plug that match for toyota corolla XL5 1990 model?

If you want to go with OEM parts, then Nippendenso is what Toyota put in it from the factory. You can use any brand, but get the spark plugs that are rated for the car.Getting a spark plug not recommended for the vehicle can have an impact on performance.

Spark plug replacement

The recommended milage is 60k miles for the plugs.I wouldn't wory about anything else except.Keep a clean air filter change the oil when required and check the trans fluid as it likes to discolor easy.So a simple drain and refill often helps. It is like a oil change they have a drain plug on the pan (very nice). It takes about four quarts of fluid and the dipstick will tell you what type of fuid to use it is stamped on the metal by the level marks.Good luck Thanks for using Fix Ya
