I dont know about the Passport specifically, but the standard pressure ranges are 6 psi or more at idle, even when hot, and 20 to 60 psi at cruise. Lower than 6 psi is courting engine damage, as is more than about 80 psi.

1997 honda passport noisy lifters


You could try running a flush chemical in the engine oil just prior to changing the oil, and then using synthetic oil. This may free up the little tiny valve in the lifters and reduce the noise. At the very least, it will help prolong their life. It is a very big expensive job to change these because they are generally replaced as a set and they are not cheap, but replacement is often the only true fix.
